This project is located in the City of Yanbu, Saudi Arabia, with a total built-up area of 65,000 square meters. The project consists of 315 villas and some apartment buildings along with service buildings, swimming pools and recreational buildings. The scope of work consisted of the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of all Mechanical & Electrical systems, including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Low Current.
