This is a Palace located in the City of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a total built-up area of 10,000 square meters. The project consists of a Guest Villa, Staff Building, Guard & Security Buildings, four Gates, an outdoor Swimming Pool and other utility buildings. The scope of work for this project was the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of all mechanical and electrical systems including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Low Current.
