The project consists of the main Villa, Daughter’s Villa, 5 Guest Villas, Staff Building, Guard & Security Buildings, Gates, Marina, indoor & outdoor Swimming Pools and other utility buildings. The scope of work for this project was the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of all mechanical & electrical systems including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Low Current.
